I purchased for 15500 and it was installed on 31st march 2021. HD NRICH UV. This is not RO.
I was told that it will filter 8000 to 9000 litres of water and I thought based on our average use, it will last atleast for 8 to 9 months and the same was confirmed by the sales person and also by the technician who installed it.
But just after using for 2 months, the product is displaying 2 red lights and blinking. The complaint was raised on 10th June 2021 and technician visited and mentioned that the parts need to be replaced as it is end of life. that means with in just a little above 2 months time, the life is done and he mentioned that I need to pay approx 2500 rs to get the parts replaced. When I asked how it can be, he asked to escalate. My neighbor who got the same product has faced this issue in 6 months and he got it replaced free of cost. This I came to know from the technician who came to service my complaint
The technician checked the TDS, pressure, etc and told his team leader that everything is fine
I have actually got a pre filter also installed at the time of installation itself hoping that it would further increase the span atleast by one more month as it was confirmed by the installing technician also.
But now with in just 2 months the product's filters are end of life and s not working and it costs 2500.
When I immediately called the salesman he said that he will get it resolved within a day in front of the technician(on speaker phone)
Now when I am calling the sales man he is not answering the call. He used to respond on watsapp and for last 2 days he has stopped responding on watsapp also. I have called atleast 15 times all thru the day at different times for last 2 days and no response.
When I call the customer care, they are saying that they escalated to the local authorized dealer and when I asked to transfer the call to a senior or manager, they say that they are not authorized to transfer the call to their manager and senior is busy in another call.
I am really finding myself in a very very helpless situation where there is no response from anyone and looks like everyone is trying to avoid. A pathetic, frustrating, irrirating, customer service. Full of foul play and deceit from whoever is selling this product. It looks like they have built in some mechanism or programmed the device to just last for some days and then force the customer to get the parts replaced or buy AMC.
I am using Eureka WDX2 vaccuum cleaner for almost 2 years and no issues with that. This water purified is such a worst product and looks like they are aware of this and still selling and cheating the customers in multiple ways to sell it.
Eureka Forbes please dont cheat the people and rob people;s money for such useless products or use such useless, deceitful tricks to increase your sales. I had a good opinion on Eureka Forbes for many years and since I was using the vaccuum cleaners for many years(i had even mini vaccumm cleaners other than WDX2 for many years) but now I know your real face and intentions with this water purifier. I have zero trust now with Eureka Forbes and its cheating people with useless, deceitful water purifiers only to mint money.
