In fact, numerous consumers have highlighted this same experience:

During the meeting they mentioned that the enrollment can be cancelled anytime
These instances constitute misleading conduct and deficiency in service delivery under the Consumer Protection Act.
Policy on Refunds (Unilaterally Hidden)
PlanetSparks Clause 19 explicitly states:
> No refund or cancellation is permitted once the customer has consumed 5 or more classes Refund processing time is 60/90 days
This is clearly a significant condition that should have been highlighted before payment.
These are great scammers. I m struggling since 2023 with these frauds. They took 81, 825 from a loan giving company called fibe, in the name of auto debit. Later on I comes to know that these frauds hv already taken 81, 825 from that company and made me accountable to pay the same. And if u write anything against them they threaten you too. 3 cases r filed against this company in court and more than 300 complains r registered against them all over. Still shameless company. They block u over fb and X if u write against them. CHOR hai y log.
