I registered my house for rent. From the moment listing was done , I started getting bombarded with calls multiple times daily. I finally succumbed to the calls and registered for owner plan which was a 100% refund plan. After the payment was made , and 10 days later. No visits or leads and even the field agent who was supposed to come and click photographs to post never turned up. Anyway I got a tenant of my own and since then I have sent multiple mails to the mail id given. Zero response. I tried reaching out to all sales staff who connected with me. Zero response. I got in touch with my account manager, he keeps saying he will update and zero response.
Started to get the feeling that I have been scammed and no broker is a fraud company. I won't leave it at this. I will go legal if not resolved.
Starting to believe that all positive reviews are planted. After payment zero action , zero response and no way to connect with anybody.
