Yet again, another frustrating experience with your so-called services for domestic travel. We requested a trip to Pondicherry or Varkala on February 12th for travel on February 23rd. After six days of silence, on February 18th, your team suddenly cited a 15-day advance booking rule and asked us to reschedule. This is nothing but a blatant excuse to avoid fulfilling commitments.
This isn’t the first time—back in December, I requested a trip for January 19th, and your team failed to execute that as well. Every time, you come up with a new excuse to deny services. We have spent our hard-earned money on your package, and now we are trapped with no way out.
Your service is absolutely unacceptable, lacking any accountability. Seven days just to deny a booking? This is a clear tactic to delay, frustrate customers, and force them to abandon their plans.
Is this what we paid for—false promises and zero commitment? Your pathetic service is nothing short of fraud, and your company must take immediate action to stop these unethical practices.
