I booked a AirAsia flight from Bagdogra to Kolkata for 4th November, 2022 through EaseMy Trip which was subsequently cancelled by the airline. When I tried to cancel the booking through the Easemytrip app the refund amount showing there was much less than the actual amount. Then I called the Customer Care Officials and they advised to ignore the amount as showing in the app and just go for cancellation with full refund option . Few seconds after completing the process, as advised, I got a mail confirming the amount of full refund.
