CARS24_India is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I set up an appointment on 31/08/2018 for evaluation and possible sale of my Maruti Ritz at the Powai office in Mumbai. I was confirmed the appointment and was informed the papers that were needed for getting the best deal. I was ready to visit their office when one Aditya called me up seeking confirmation that I was visiting their office. I confirmed meeting the appointment and that I was coming with the papers.
At this juncture, the guy became pushy and informed me that if I was coming to the office then I should come ready to sell the car then and there itself. He informed me that if I come to sell the car at a later date then the prices will drop hugely. He kept on pushing me.
Coming across this thoroughly unprofessional behaviour on part of Cars 24, I am convinced that it is nothing more than a web enabled version of a road side kabadi.
I asked them to unsubscribe me so that I stop receiving messages and phones from their end. They have sent me a mail where they state that there is an unsubscribe button at the end. There is none. So much for their business integrity.
