I had rented furniture from rentickle and other platforms as well. I had the best experience with rentickle compared to others which are full of unwanted gimmicks.
I just sent an email to rentickle for pickup and immediately they stopped deducting the amount from the bank, in fact my society went in containment zone and I was unable to return furniture on the scheduled date still they did not charge me for the duration and picked up the furniture at my requested date within 1-day notice. They also refunded the full security amount.
