On my first purchase, I am disappointed for their irresponsible approach I ordered for 2 items. One was a in-color lipstick of no 16. The other product is ok but the lipstick when opened I find the colour is different but the no is 16 . When I checked minutely , I found that it was originally of no 34 and they have put a no 16 sticker on top of 34. It was wrapped in a transparent plastic wrapper. I talked to the customer care they asked me to e mail them with the pics. I did. Now they say if the product is opened they can not do anything as it is their policy. Now my question is , until n unless I had opened the thing on good trust how could I find out about this cheating.
