I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received after making a booking with Livspace for interior work. I was asked to make an immediate reservation and paid ₹;25, 000 on-site. However, soon after the payment, the project estimate was unexpectedly increased — not just once, but multiple times — which was never part of the initial agreement.
When I expressed my intent to cancel due to these sudden changes, I was persuaded to continue with promises that certain costs would be waived and GST adjustments would be made. I reluctantly agreed, trusting your assurances. Later, after finalizing the design with your team, the quote was revised again, and the promised 45-day completion timeline for the modular kitchen was also changed without prior notice or valid justification.
Frustrated by these repeated alterations and lack of transparency, I once again requested a refund. This time, my request was outright declined. Attempts to contact your team via phone and email have been ignored, which further adds to my disappointment and raises serious concerns about your customer service.
This experience has been nothing short of unprofessional. I feel misled and compelled to take further action if the situation is not resolved. I kindly request that my full booking amount of ₹;25, 000 be refunded immediately.
