SCAM Fake Booking, Cheats... Review on Goibibo

I had booked bus ticket from goibibo.com against booking ID - GOBUSb883a1403086286, from Kanpur to Delhi(M D Travels), the booking was for my aged parents as their  railway Tatkal ticket didn't got confirmed, departure time was 11:45 PM(18/06), my parents had waited for 3.5 hrs(from 11:15 Pm to 2:45 Am) for the bus at mentioned boarding point, all phone number of bus operator were switched off, I had last contacted bus operator at 9:00 Pm and he assured that bus will be on time, even I had contacted your customer support 3 times between 00:15 am to 2:30 am, only response from them was that they are unable to contact operator. They were basically clueless what to do, the best advice provided by CC was please go back or arrange some hotel, WHAT? at 2:45 AM you are suggesting my senior citizen parent try to find hotel in unknown place just because your lousy partner(operator) backed of, he didn't even call once just to inform that bus is not coming.

These kind of associates you are working with.. I had booked from your company seeing your ads on tv that you are reputed and well known company, but my first transaction from your company had shown the reality.

Now 3 days have passed I am trying for my refund but your CC tells that I had forwarded the complaint and backend team will look into it, also 2 days had passed since I emailed you but still no response.

That was my first and most probably last booking from this website, only a miracle can bring back myself to this website.

I hope my struggle to get my money back wont be too long, I will update further as it happens.

Now I doubt, was their really any booking at all or its just fake booking under a  SCAM to keep customers money with them for 10-12 days before refund.

My ADVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE TICKETS.
