I'm from Bangalore, was amazed by the 0% bajaj finance deals offered by the retail outlets. Bought a high end TV, , processing was smooth, issue started when they failed to debit ECS from bank. After all hungama, sorted it out after running behind their office for couple of days, on a week day.
If you are pro active & ready to waste your time, running behind their only customer care center in residency road, you are free to take a risk. If you wish to see the their customer service skills, pls visit on a saturday. You will get to know the tamasha behind the 0% deals.
Funny thing is i'm yet to get my loan agreement, even after 3 months of purchase.
The only option left out for me is to take a loan from outside & short close.
This deal sucks, better stay away, than to regret later.
Buying from your credit card for a fixed rate EMI's is better than this much hyped 0% deal.
