I have purchased Unit N124 A FF, Luxotica Extension, Sector-51, Gurgaon in July 2009 with agreed target date of completion as 14th Jan 2011. Unit is not yet handed over after 38 months of agreement date.

I agree with the comments, as I have purchased a unit in Mayfield Garden, Sector-51, Gurgaon in July 2009 with agreed target date of possession as Jan 2011 (18 months). Unit is still not handed over as on 30 Sep 2012. 105% payment has been paid. Don't get surprised by figure of 105%, as they had dem...anded 50,000/= as external electrification charges, which were nowhere mentioned in agreement. Now they are asking a declaration that we will not claim compensation against delay in possession (Rs. 5/= per sq ft per month) for 18 months = Approx 1.4Lacs. This has been set as pre-condition before taking over possession of the unit. Construction quality is horrible, builder behaviour is highly un-professional. Customer care manager openly challenges that you will not be paid this amount - go anywhere you want to...
