I have not received the amount yet. Checked with my bank as well and there is no such transaction. Was it really processed?

As per your comment on Nov 26th, it says that the refund has been processed. When I called the support number, they said that the refund is initiated today. Never seen such an ir-responsible and unprofessional way of treating the customers. Horrifying experience with Sulekha.com on each and every ca...ll or transaction.
