I personally really liked the movie. As for his portrayls of models/the modelling industry, Madhur is bang on target as that is how the industry/models largely are. I always think Madhur manages to mix a good cocktail of realism and entertainment, most of the times. I agree with you when you say Reliance is now the No 1, in poor service. To top it all they are cheats too. Billng always has hidden costs which can never be explained. Great review! Hope someone from Reliance reads it and pulls up their socks !:)
