Croma is known for good service. I always buy products from Croma preferably. Yes, they do charge more than online sellers or other sellers like Vijay Sales or Kohinoor, but it's worth that money. They are professionals and guided by the Tata motto of great Customer Service. I was also wanting to bu...y this tablet, and am happy that you brought this to my notice as well as other readers. 55 days is a long time, and Croma should have sorted this issue within maximum 2 weeks. Croma better take note of this feedback, so that we loyal customers don't get disappointed when our brand is getting a bad name. Thanks Amitb1806. Thanks Croma. Tell us more about your experience with the Tablet. How was it? Is it fast enough for browsing? How does the internet work on Sim Card Data? How is it on 2g and how is it on 3g? MTS is cheating customers by depleting their data balance or by charging them 50 paise per mb in excess to the actual mb usage. MTS TV has failed, does not work. MTS Trend does not successfully download at all, it asks for MDN number again and again despite entering the mobile number of the MBlaze a...s MDN. Ridiculous. Customer Support is Bad.Read More

MTS MBlaze - Surf for 4 hours and you loose 200 rupees. Yes, two hundred Indian Rupees. That is just for surfing without downloading, only surfing pictures and checking emails costs you 200 in 4 hours. Ridiculous.

MTS Mblaze - Surfing at 0.50 per MB - Ridiculous. I surfed for about 3 to 4 hours and my balance reduced by Rs.200/-. Try it and then tell me if I am wrong. Cheating in the name of data plans.

Contd... Any reply? None. 7. MTS MBlaze - If you think that it is easy to just click on CHECK MY BALANCE on the interface and receive a message with your latest message, that's not right all the time. Why? Read ON:- a) MTS MBlaze interface - when you click on Check my Balance, it shows 'Se...nding Sms...' popup and it takes usually 30 seconds for it to send the message which 50% of the time, gets stuck due to some network problem, and you have to press the Esc tab to get rid of the pop up, then you get a message pop up as 'Success'. Haha. Funny. Then you will receive a reply sms on your computer screen (funnily the various messages reads that reply to this sms, or reply that etc. when actually you can't reply to the messsage because you are not on a mobile handset, as it treats you in the first place), the message could be stale, it could show you a balance from the morning time if you are checking in the evening, or sometimes worse even, it would show you the same balance in after half an hour of surfing, thus leading to deduction maybe later on. Funny and unreliable. Bad Customer Service, Bad experience overall. Only thing is good about MTS MBlaze is that the speed ranges between 200 kbps to about 700kbps and sometimes reaches 900kbps. It does not really give a steady stream of Mbps at all.Read More

Contd.. ..and moreover, you will be poorer by 9 to 15 rupees per hour minimum or an average of 25 mbs for normal activity on the internet without any downloads of big files. 6. MTS Mblaze - I called up the customer service in Mumbai on 9146126126, the call centre is in Mumbai with heavy Punjab...i accents :) which is welcome, if you are not a Hindi speaker, you had it, sorry to my southern brethren who might be roaming in a Hindi speaking area though hailing from a non-Hindi speaking region. Well, let me continue with the actual experience, so when I called the customer service executive, the person on the phone said that 'Sir, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, it might be that the pins have been exhausted'. I recharged with Rs.595/- for 10 GB data free for 30 days but between 10 pm to 7 am (not suggested because you will become a night bird and loose your sleep thinking you have lot of work to do at night which you lost in the day, if you are dependent on the internet). The recharge of Rs.595 for 10 GB was successful. I asked the customer service executive the reason for the unavailability of the pin, which is also an inconvenience and tatamounts to cheating the consumers. He said, he is sorry and also added ONE MORE REASON TO PACIFY ME that the minimum balance in your account should be in Rupees 30 to 40 bracket. I remember vividly that I had the balance of Rs.21 which I had because of my extra top up for safety which I had done of Rs.299/- which got over in 3 days with normal browsing and pictures viewing. But even with a balance of Rs.21 I kept trying to recharge, and recharging also requires https (secure http) which depleted my balance with every try that I made to Rs.1. Ultimately I gave up because I lost Rs.20 just trying to recharge. What is a big lie is that if Rs.1050/- (of 10 gb free for 30 days) is not possible without A MINIMUM BALANCE then how come Rs.595 recharge for 10 gb night plan for 30 days was SUCCESSFUL? ANY RRead More
