1 week ago, I ordered two packets of Britannia bread but they are not in a good condition. Breads having some kind of green algae or fungus. I Immediately call the customer support and service they say they will refund money and also said they send their delivery person for product pickup. but after 2 day no one is come for picking product and my money was also not refunded. then I again call to customer care service but still they said they send their person , but after 1 week still no is come for product and my money is not refunded I must say that im facing vey worst service in my life.
Zomato provide the Dept information of a particular product which is good.
There is a lot of good content on Zomato you can easily order eatable items.
I don't think so from my experience it is a user friendly.
Zomato app take some times to load which is very annoying.
At last I only recommended to you, don't order anything from here.
