! Beware user of this app., if you ask for refund, for flight booking cancel, yatra did not send full refund u eligible, they send only partial refund, if you again followup then they send balance amount, for my ticket they refund amount in 3 installment after lot of followups, in this way they cheat to the innocent customers those who do not followup & aware of this. This happened recently 3 times to me. I am going to delete this app from my mobile. Hope all reader will keep in mind when do booking with yatra.
