I had an order in Shopclues(Order ID 148698725) and they sent it through this third rate courier xpressbees. I was tracking the order and the day it reached my location one moron called me and asked about he location. I have given him my location details. He said, will call when I come there. He never have called back. For 3 days the item was in the same location and I used to get a message both from Xpressbees and Shopclues that "courier unable to deliver since you were not available".
I told shopclues(another moron, street vendor) that I am available but they were reluctant to take any steps and the item were returned to seller.
I contacted xpressbees, they said courier asked to return the item. When I contacted shopclues, they said they were unable to deliver since I was not available. What a blame game.
If the cannot deliver do not pick the item, why wasting time. BlueDart, FedEx such big companies are delivering promptly. This foolish company came into existence recently is not able to deliver.
I suggest everyone not to opt this stupid company and do not buy anything from online platform those who use this company. Then they will learn how to deliver.
