I am working for wipro since last one and half years as a project engineer. Wipro is a very very bad company for engineers. The management is the worst part of it. There is zero level of transparency between managment itself.
The behaviour of first level manager is inhuman. They behave like they are the master and we are the slaves where we have the much capabilities than them. They rate employees not by their work but how much oil you can put on them.
If you have any problem on working they will definately not helped but will demand productivity. And if you face some issues they will call up hurdles and meeting ( so called) . They will not listen to or consider your problems or points.
Talking about project they only have vast amount of support projects and that will take your life from you.
Dont ever think to join wipro.you will loose your career and your life.
