Hii I am shobha rawat I want to share my experience we brought whirlpool air conditioner nearly for two reason first because they advertise for energy saving secondly they offer a 5 year guarantee within a few month one unit malfunctioned and the problem was computer card. It took 4 month , numerous cell and several visit by incompetents authorized repair company in our region in order to repair this component. We have now own this unit for 18 month and now its second card has malfunctioned. The unit may save the energy but the cost of replacement far overshadowing that saving .
