We were promised delivery in 4 days and that the re-installation of the furniture at the delivery site was included in the package. But they took more than 2 weeks to deliver. Until the pickup and payment was done, they picked up calls every single time and spoke very politely. After that, most of the numbers we'd spoken have been unanswered for many days, inspite of continuously trying to reach someone on their end. Finally after delivery, we were told the re-installation will not be done by them. Again, repeated attempts to reach them have been going unanswered. There is one Mr.Ravi Singh who appears to be the incharge. He has been very rude and impolite. He just cut the call in the middle of the conversation because I was asking him about the promise made about the re-installation, and since then he hasn't been taking my calls too. Stay away from these guys.
