I am sharing a very biting experience that we have with our Voltas Window AC(2TON)
We had bought a 2 ton AC 245 DY Split(Bill # SL/SA/1617/00239, Bill Date 09.04.17), Amount Rs 37, 600.00 – from a rumored Dealer called Capital Electronic Market, Newtown, Kolkata.After 3 weeks from the installation date, AC isn't working and cooling has not done. I called the Voltas customer care on(25th April'2017) and lodge complaint against it(Complain No. 16742518068)and after 3 days a professional expert came to our house to check. He revealed to us this is an instance of gas leakage.For our understanding, he clarified that something has turned out badly at the time of installation. He additionally clarified as the installation not done by there vendor, they are not able to do anything, After that we have talked with their branch director Mr. Chakraborty(+919681187452) Mr. S.Chakraborty send his specialist within 2 day, and now they charged Rs 6000/- to change few types of equipment and also charged Rs 1500 for visiting fee.TATA is a trustable brand, but this experience ruins my belief and never go for this brand again.This is not value for money product at all as many other good brands available.
