Product i purchased was voltas alfa cooler. I raised complaint within 1 yr of warranty period. But no technician visited I raised several complaint but every time they said I raised high priority request. I followed up on requests for 1 month then I repaired from outside. After few months i started receiving calls from service center to get repair, hmm i understand they contacting me from their end because the warranty was end. Now again I raised a complaint it is 5th day and tech not visited because they don't have parts.
I curse VOLTAS, hope it get vanished.
