I would request all to never go for Vodafone RED family and friends plan. I had two numbers and had activated RED 899 and RED 499 plan with total family and friends usage as 2.5 GB 3 G data and 3000 local and STD minutes. I had not utilised the total free allowance hence I was expecting a bill for Rs. 1398+service tax and to my surprise they had sent me the bill of Rs. 2609 which is almost 60 percent higher than the actual bill. I have now converted my phones into prepaid.
This is one of the high quality poor customer care from vodafone. They have a very corrupt system and no idea that they are playing with the hard earned money of the people. I have made the complain to almost every possible place like, call center, vodafone store near goregaon east station and email as well but no response.
I am pissed off with these guys. Please do not buy vodafone red plan with family and friends option. Never.
