Vodafone service is absolutely atrocious . They did not disclose full details of the contract when trying to get me to switch over. When I received the contract letter making the details clear I immediately called up to cancel the contract. I called about 5 times and was cut off halfway through cancelling the contract each time. Eventually the lady confirmed it had been cancelled and that I would get a refund then it got cut off again. At that point I believed it would be sorted out. This was in JULY 2015 and they have been continuing to take money out of my account till now FEBRUARY 2016 despite numerous efforts for cancellation and a substantial refund. NEVER EVER join Vodafone because they will rip you off and provide you with the worst customer service possible.
