There was a time when vodafone could claim to be the best network available but lately poor customer service and unexplainable problems are pushing them lower through the list. Me as a single user itself faced soo many problems which were unexplained deductions which customer service had no explanation for and sudden negative balance, the advertisement calls are a lot throughout the day too and asking them to reduce or stop it didn't help at all.
I hope for it's sake atleast they change and listen to their customers before they switch to other promising networks!
