Recently, I ordered Bose headphones from Vijay Sales since it was a 1000 Inr less than that in Amazon India. Unfortunately, I received a unboxed, outer box completely torn. Not sure if it's used in the store for demo purposes. My suggestion, when you order online order from Amazon(see if they have returns on the product). Amazon support is excellent.
