Videocon is biggest company in electronic world. I have purched ac for cool electric panel . I have 2 year used this ac . Maximum summer time I used ac that time also error in ac. E5 or E6 countinous error in my Ac . Videocon service is not very good. I have monthly also cleaning the air filter and outdoor unit panel . I have 5 month ago I have change the sensor for E6 error. But not solutions for E6 error. And check gas line. in winter session leakage drop water.in summer session the Colling effect is not good.so I think my experience is not good for Videocon 1 ton ac.
