Hi,
I bought a videocon TV on 1 DEC 2016.
TV has stopped working from last one month. As the TV is on Warranty I have tried all the possible customer care options. we have called at 18004194040, we are not getting any response from anyone.
I recommend not to buy any product from Videocon as there service is very poor.
please resolve the issue as the TV is in Warranty as soon as possible.
