I have used Uber Cabs quite a few times, I have always prefer Uber before Ola & other similar cabs due to its lesser charges and availablity.
But my last experience with Uber was a nightmare.
I booked an uber cab from behala near Ajanta Cinemas, the driver contacted me after 15 mins it was ok for me as no means of private transportion was available. After a quater of an hour when the driver contacted me, he didn't actually knew how to reach my location and in making him understand how he can reach my location gave me a headache, Oh God ! It was close to a migrain attack, it was hard to keep my patience and not to abuse him and to cancelled the booking, after an hour of conversation guiding him from his location to my location and the driver constantly comitting errors, He finally reached my location and it was a relief. Hope it will never happen with me again.
