I wanted to move from Delhi to Dasna(Uttar Pradesh) I booked trueway packers and movers, I had my doubts before choosing Trueway as the reviews seemed planted, now it is confirmed that the positive reviews are planted by trueway packers and movers, they are planting reviews on daily basis.
I wonder how packers and mover established in 2014 has approximately 100 reviews highly impossible, well my experience moving with the them .was bad, first on the day of moving they din't show up on time, they said they will come for packing at sharp 7 in the morning, they came by 2 in afternoon, I thought of cancelling the deal with them but they had so many excuses and pleaded badly.
When they showed up to pick up the goods, the charge was higher than what was quoted on the form even though I had less stuff that what the quote was for. they were so cunning to do so they loaded my goods first in the truck and then made the bill of higher amount, I was so stuck that I couldn't do anything but pay them . They told me delivery would happen on March 30. Delivery happened April 16th, so they were over two weeks late with the delivery and they provided poor status updates on the delivery. I had to call them at probably 5 times a day .every day till I got my goods .
