I made a mistake of ordering from Tradus with out checking here first. I paid around 16K for mobile phone and I am stuck since the seller says he gave to courier but do not give tracking number.


I asked Tradus customer support to cancel and return the money to my bank, but they keep giving 3 days more time to seller and do not care about buyer who is suffering.


I cannot order else where, just keep worrying about what will happen and when can get back money and when can buy the phone. Even if I receive the phone will it be fake or what condition it will be?


I read a few good reviews with 4 star ratings, they seem written buy Tradus itself, sounds all same more or less. Since I am real and I have suffered in their hands, I know the pain.


Do not ever prepay like me.

Regarding the refund which was initiated on 14th september, I have not received the same, the post on the website to customer care and on mouth shut go unanswered. when will I receive the re-fund? please update.


I paid on 10th and today is 19th and still I am stuck with getting my money back.
