I am so disappointed in this product I had to do it. The watch itself worked fine the first few time out. After that the cardio part quit working after a few miles into my run. I contacted customer support and they wanted me to return the watch and they would replace it. that was june 21st and I specifically told the rep multiple times that I really needed the watch for a race I was doing on the 6th of july. The rep said no problem as they would ship the replacement to me as soon as I provided them with the tracking number. That didn't happen and I currently don't have the replacement and it is july 8th. The tracking info says I should receive it within 1-2 days. Their customer service SUCKS!.not happy
