In Hadapsar, Pune the TIKONA service has following problems:
Frequent disconnection issues.
Super Slow Speeds
Stealing Equipments: Their engineers steal connectivity devices from roof tops with out the knowledge of owners. You will realize this only after an engineer visits your place to fix the problem.
for every single complaint, you have to call at least 15 times. So I recommend only if you have Gallons of patience.
The towers are old and have outdated hardware
Each tower has 200% more connections than the limit and hence you can imagine all kinds of problems.
Even their own engineer are pissed off with their own company and are recommending to go for other service providers.
DON'T TAKE TIKONA CONNECTION IF YOU LIVE IN AN AROUND MAGARPATTA AREA, HADAPSAR AREAS IN PUNE.
