First of all, I want to tell that Tibet is part of China. It is the special geography location, the height and mountain Himalaya shaped Tibet people ingenuous, unadorned and faithful.

Buddhism has been glorifying here since the 7th century, and gradually it became Tibetan Buddhism. It has no doubt Buddhist Sutras and other ancient books nourish many folk arts in Tibet such as Thanka scrolls, frescoes, bronze sculptures, wood and stone carvings, and gold and silver ornaments.

Lhasa, the capital of China’s Tibet Automomous Region, has a history of more than 1300 years. It is the political, economic, cultural and transport center of the region. The ancient city of Lhasa stands by the Lhasa River. Inside the city towers the Potala Palace. The city features a combination of traditional and modern things, including prayer wheels and computers.

Influenced by Indian monsoon, Lhasa has a mild climate throughout the year. The yearly highest temperature is 29 degrees Celsius; the lowest minus 16.5 while the yearly average temperature is 7.4. Most of the yearly rainfall hits in July, August and September.

Travel to Tibet is one of my dreams. Some said make a trip in Tibet and it will purify your soul. Someday I’ll go and tell you more.
