I had a parcel to be shipped from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Professional Couriers took almost 7 days to get it delivered with me **following up** with them **each and every day**.
The consignment tracking on their website didn't have any proper information and I had to **call them everyday** to confirm the status of the parcel. The staff at the office were really mean and didn't care of replying back to any query I put to them.
I had the **worst experience** ever. I would never recommend anyone to use this service.
