Based on a true story, an over ambitious top scientist Mark Whitacre [Matt Damon] secretly betrays his agro product giant company and starts working as an informant to the FBI, he wears a wire bug, a tape recorder and shoots all the secret conclaves of all agro giants of business in the process of price fixing of a hot product Lysine, real deal happens when company realizes this and they start digging into Marks whatnots.
Story becomes more and more interesting as FBI agents find that Mark's facts are ever changing and he has dealt with the mission immaturely, soon FBI agent find themselves in trouble and whole new plot emerges before them. This movie shows conspiracy and betrayal at its best, Matt damon does a wonderful job and the movie is throughout charismatic.Directed by Steven Soderbergh, this movie is a real breeze.
