I viewers! I wanted to share my reviews.
My friend attended one interview in Tech Mahindra, shollinganalur campus and cleared all the three rounds but even then they didn't release offer letter. Since a lot depends upon the requirements and salary u have quoted, it may take sometimes longer time and occasionally they put offers on hold also.
Tech Mahindra Salary package is very low salary as compared to others.
Main issues with appraisal and salary hike not available.
We are getting very less salary and even no hike.
It has a very pathetic salary hike for even high achievers. Can easily do away with many process which is causing lot of issues.
Work life balance is good can't get desirable project according your skills.
You will end up learning nothing as a fresher.
You won't get promoted or an onsite opportunity.
Working hrs very long hours poor equipment and break time is very short breaks.
Job security is doesn't applicable, some times employers will be terminated.
Gents and Ladies are will be work all shifts including nights shifts.
Need to improve organization effectiveness and pro activeness.
Needed more structure in the workplace. Good potential but need to be more
strict with staff. More in-house training and coaching required.
Lack of communication from Senior Management. No work life balance.
No appreciation for your work.
You will never get the work of your choice, instead you need to work for everything and anything your manager asks for.
All your efforts will be waste. Basically the company wants you to work more, take more responsibility but is not willing to pay you for that.
Management is sometimes not employee friendly
Irritating managers, who don't work at all and ask subordinates to do their work also. More management support needed.
