I have tata sky since many many years now .if I remember I subscribed to tatasky wihin one mopnth of it'ss launch. I was really fed up of the mafia style of functioning of my cable tv provider. Oh what a relief it was and indeed till the rains came . Every time it rained my tv went blank.. I was in the middle of a tense scene and WOOF! It is gone for 5 to 10 mins and I lose track..
This was all tolerable til recently my ty reception ws like a scratched dvd . After complaining so many times they came at 7pm and were trying to figgit with my neighbours dish and then I went out and pointed out to my dish.. What idiots do they have. They later told me since it is dark they will come next day and then tomorrow never came..
Yes they were very good at following up with me for renewing my subscription for which I paid 9, 100 as I have 3 units in my house. After this I again made so many complaints but it is now 48 hours since my last compliant but am still suffering.The signal quality si showing 20 BAR . The problem is they probably have too many subsraibers to handle now ...so I am seriously planning to switch .
Can some one please suggest me an alternative?
