As we all know that every dish is incomplete without salt and in India which is known as The land of Spices we can't consider anything without salt.
Tata salt is good in taste and it adds flavour to our food.
I am using tata salt from many years and I am totally satisfied with it.
Tata salt is India's first iodised salt.
In 1984 when goitre was spreading in India at that time Tata launced salt with iodine.
Tata Salt Lite is another product from Tata group.
Tata Salt Lite contains low sodium which is good for person suffering from blood pressure problems.
Low sodium content is good for hypertention patients and also for normal persons.
