Ist of all network strength of any satellite depends upon area. If you are living in any remote area and blamming its service. then it is your fault or try other company.
It has been more than 3 years and not any single complain I got from it. Good signal strength, Customer support. Dish guy visits every month.
And good speed, clearity, everything.
For your kind information I am telling my location is Kalyanpur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and here signal strength is much enough.
And not only mine but all of Tata Sky Users are getting good experience about it.
