Tata customer care service sucks big time.
i dont knw why hav they appointed non-sense peoples who dont knw a shyt bout this.
Cant say bout the services cus they couldnt connect my connection for 3 months and charge me for it.
I would suggest to all my friends to not to go for this if u need it personally or professionally.
The major drawback is their technical head : Mr Mushir, who's the technical head of gurgaon region and thinks himself superior then any body else in this world ... ( jst couldnt connect the connection).
