I am using tata indicom photon plus from last three year but from last one and a half year or so I am fed up of tata indicom photon plus services. Its pathetic annoying and very bad customer service.
After every ten to twelve days speed drops very bad and contacting customer care service you can only expect one answer that is That you are in a highly utilised area so speed problem will continue till the problem solves. Even after one year of complaints still the problem persists.
The customer care service is not diligent in completing their duties with promptness and sincerity and do not take immediate actions against any complaint or inquiry done by the customers.
