I heard that call rates was quite less so I ended up buying Tata Docomo. I would call this the biggest mistake of my life. The number given to be belonged to some called JK earlier and Docomo had just reissued the same number. I get texts, calls and whatsapp messages addressing me as JK. I complained to docomo about this and the resolution given to me was file a case against those people. Are docomo people crazy? To file case against more than 15-20 people, for docomos mistake?
The JK guy must have had some electronics business, so lots of people send me texts related to computer, electronics and get calls regarding the same. not the peoItspeoplesult but docomos and the resolution I get is file a case. Not just this, but docomo's network is so bad. Breaking voice, call getting disconnected was the problem I faced all the time and had to finally throw away the sim and vow never use docomo again. Worst experience ever.
