I bought it some 5 to 6 days ago as the summer started. I had some problem related to how to use so I called the service center and you don't believe next day after complaining the person from the company came so the service is best. And what to say about this symphony cooler it's so best when I on it the cool breeze come and make my whole bedroom cool. Because of this cooler I can make a good sleep in the afternoon. The quality is so good and it doesn't make any sound. And as compared to the product the price is at so reasonable.
