Every time I try recharging mobile by leveraging the accumulated points(along with rest of the amount via online banking), every single time, it throws the message "Sorry we are unable to process your request right now. We apologize for any inconvenience". And with that all accumulated points are just lost! What is the use of SBI Rewardz points when they can never be used? Absolutely useless and fraud portal of SBI Rewards and fake promise of SBI while selling its Debit Card.
