State bank of india is one of the oldest banks in our country and also provides the best service.
I will directly come to the point, everything is fine about this bank, they are opening new branches too ( intouch and all) but what really needs to be improved is the behaviour of its employees.
They are just working as if they are not feared about loosing their jobs if someone complains about them.
The main focus of the authorities should be on the human resources which really needs to be improved.
Otherwise everything is fine about this bank.
