Frnds as u all govt machinery don't work properly, as like other government institution it also work at a slow pace.Even if you want to open your account, it will take 10 days to open.it is having worst ever customer service.till now I dont know, what is their interest paying trends.if you go another bank you can do your work, but in sbi you have to be in que.
