Phone banking is on verge dese days and sbi fullfill the promise very well as it has launched buddy wallet which works flawlessly.
Atm service is good as it has majorly covered almost all the country and u can easily get a sbi atm anyehere in 3 4 kms in each state.
I use internet banking a lot and rely on it mostly and dis has worked so flawlessly for me always and everytime. I amsatisfied with anywhere app.
Customer service is quite ok but it has to be worked upon a bit otherwise its been an wonderful experience for me being a happy customer.
