Guys SBI is the biggest bank of india with the most ATM machines in india so this is the best part of this bank that you can easily cashout anywhere it also provides different variety of debit and credit cards according to user needs I personaly have student account.
It also have deposit machines in atms so it also helps in saving time and minimum efforts required because we don't have to fill forms etc.
But things I don't like is the employees of sbi don't knows how to respect customers and talks in bad manners they also don't care if a person needs help.
One time I was withdrawing money from a atm and my note was stuck in machine I was got so panic I ran to bank because atm was outside the bank and told them about this and they said To ham kya kare we don't care.
I was so disappointed at that time by their talking manners.
One day I applied for international debit card and anyone can apply for that but they refused to give me and said what do you gonna do with that. Seriously they thinks they owns sbi.
Sbi needs to give a helpline for customers so they can complain their problems.
